Design
The magnet is housed in an aerodynamically shaped body with a solid stainless steel nose cone. That keeps pressure drop low and lets the unit sit anywhere in a pneumatic line. Product flowing around the bullet is drawn close to the magnet, and ferrous particles as small as about 50 µm are captured.
Bullet magnets come in standard sizes for easy fitting into existing lines. Overall height ranges from about 420 to 1300 mm, and flanges or connections are made to your requirements. A hygienic, sealed quick-release door allows manual wipe-off cleaning. The design is suitable for ATEX II 1/2D areas.
