How it works
A vertically mounted vibratory motor carries eccentric weights at the top and bottom of its shaft. The top weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, and the bottom weight adds tilt and vertical motion. Changing the lead angle between them gives different spiral screening patterns, so the machine can be set for coarse scalping or fine sieving.

Centre shaft vibro screen
In the centre shaft version, a robust motor with out-of-balance weights at top and bottom sits at the core of the machine. This creates a gyratory motion that disperses, mixes and stratifies the material for efficient screening. It is used for de-watering and for sifting and classifying bulk solids and slurries.
Performance
Vibro screens can screen down to 500 mesh (0.028 mm). Screen cloth changes take about three to five minutes. The machine is easy to move, easy to clean and saves space.
