Multi-stage separation
Material passes over the first magnetic roll, and the product then continues to a second and, if needed, a third stage. Each pass removes more of the magnetic fraction, giving the high purity that abrasive and industrial grades demand. Magnetic response depends on iron and manganese content and on crystal structure. That is why we recommend testing a sample to confirm how much separation is possible.
Belts can be changed without tools, belt tension adjusts automatically, and the whole machine is compact.
