Design
The feeder has a totally enclosed drive with eccentric weights at both ends, sized to move bulk material efficiently. The tray is mounted on the drive unit, which sits beneath it. Feeders can be mounted on high-tensile steel springs or rubber anti-vibration mountings. Feed angle and feed rate are adjustable, and units can be retrofitted to existing or new plant.
Handles difficult materials
Vibro feeders handle hot, damp, lumpy, dusty or abrasive materials. They are used for proportioning and blending, packing, mixing, weighing, screening, scalping, crushing, washing, drying, cooling and batching.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a vibro feeder and a vibratory feeder?
They are the same machine. "Vibro feeder", "vibrating feeder" and "vibratory feeder" are interchangeable names.
Mechanical or electromagnetic vibro feeder?
Mechanical feeders suit heavy tonnages and rugged duty. Electromagnetic feeders give finer, instantly adjustable dosing.
