Two actions in one machine
The destoner combines density separation with high-intensity magnetic separation. Air fluidisation and an oscillating deck lift light, good grain away from heavy particles. Stones and heavy impurities climb to the upper end of the deck and leave through their own outlet. Material is then fed onto a PU conveyor belt running over a powerful magnet. Ferromagnetic and paramagnetic particles stay on the belt and are discharged separately, including the iron-rich mud balls that are hard to remove by density alone. Clean product runs freely off the end.
The body is a fully enclosed mild steel structure that keeps dust in. A feed hopper and vibrating tray give a balanced, even flow onto the belt, and the pull-and-slide belt change system makes maintenance quick.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a destoner and a magnetic destoner?
A conventional destoner separates by density only. A magnetic destoner adds a high-intensity magnetic stage that also removes metal and iron-bearing mud balls that density separation misses.
Can it be used as a mud ball separator?
Yes. Removing mud balls from pulses and grains is one of its main uses.
Which products can it clean?
Wheat, rice, dal, pulses, seeds, spices and other granular food products.
