Design
High-coercivity permanent magnets are sealed in non-magnetic tubes and arranged in a frame that fits your hopper. The magnets have high flux density, so they filter small ferrous particles from free-flowing powder and granules. They need no bulky fittings and no changes to the hopper.
Four standard sizes are available in round and square shapes, and custom sizes can be built. In food plants, hopper magnets are also fitted under cutting chutes as a check against broken blade fragments.
