How it works
Material is fed from a vibratory feeder onto a lower belt. After a short travel, it passes beneath a belt conveyor running over the magnet. Magnetic particles are lifted to the upper belt and carried away, while non-magnetic material continues on its path. Combining magnetic pull with mechanical agitation helps release particles that would otherwise stay locked in the burden. That makes it useful for difficult, sticky or mixed materials.
The unit can run as a non-electric (permanent magnet) separator and can be built to match existing conveyor dimensions.

Frequently asked questions
When is a concentrator separator preferred?
Use it when you need to concentrate a magnetic fraction, or to separate difficult materials where agitation helps release trapped particles.
Is it suitable for fine powders?
It handles dry free-flowing powders and granules. For very weakly magnetic particles, a rare-earth roll separator may be a better fit.
